By placing an order, booking a reading, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our paid services, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ABOUT MYSTIC GIRL

Throughout these Terms, “Mystic Girl”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the Mystic Girl website and services.

3. NATURE OF OUR READINGS

Mystic Girl readings are intended for personal reflection, insight, self-exploration and entertainment purposes.

Tarot, astrology, oracle readings and auspicious date analysis involve interpretative and symbolic methods. They should not be understood as scientifically established methods of predicting future events.

A reading represents an interpretation based on the information supplied by the client and the particular method used.

We do not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, opportunity, relationship outcome, career development, financial result or other future event discussed in a reading will occur.

Future events may be influenced by personal choices, circumstances and factors outside anyone’s control.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Mystic Girl does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.

Nothing contained in a reading, report, website page, oracle result, social-media post, email or other Mystic Girl content should be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

If a matter involves health, mental health, safety, legal rights, investments, finances or another area requiring professional expertise, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our readings are designed to provide perspectives and information for reflection.

You retain full responsibility for how you interpret and use a reading and for any decisions you subsequently make.

You should not make significant medical, legal, financial, employment, relationship, safety or other life decisions solely on the basis of a Mystic Girl reading.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT

Certain services require accurate information, which may include:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Exact or approximate time of birth

• Place of birth

• Relationship or family information

• Questions for a reading

• Relevant background information

Astrological calculations can be affected significantly by inaccurate birth information, particularly an incorrect birth time.

You are responsible for checking the information you submit before completing your order.

Mystic Girl is not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.

If you discover an error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once work has begun.

7. READINGS CONCERNING OTHER PEOPLE

Clients may ask questions involving partners, relatives, colleagues or other people.

Any interpretation concerning another person is necessarily limited and should not be treated as a verified statement about that person’s private thoughts, intentions, behaviour or future actions.

Mystic Girl does not claim to establish factual evidence of matters such as infidelity, criminal conduct, pregnancy, illness, paternity, dishonesty or other serious allegations through tarot or astrology.

Where information about another person is submitted to us, clients should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.

8. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Mystic Girl reading or personalised astrology service.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

9. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected service or product.

A contract is formed when your order is accepted and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the requested service falls outside the scope of Mystic Girl;

• essential information has not been provided;

• the request contains abusive, threatening or unlawful material;

• fulfilling the request could breach applicable law;

• a pricing or technical error has occurred; or

• we are otherwise unable to provide the service.

If we cancel an order before providing the service, any amount paid for the unprovided service will be refunded as appropriate.

10. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.

Where required by law, applicable taxes will be included or otherwise displayed as appropriate during checkout.

We may change our prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

11. PERSONALISED SERVICES

Many Mystic Girl services are individually prepared using information supplied specifically by the client.

This may include personalised tarot interpretations, natal chart analysis, family astrology analysis, career readings and auspicious date research.

Preparation may involve research, chart calculation, interpretation, writing, recording, design or other work undertaken specifically for your order.

12. UK CANCELLATION RIGHTS — SERVICES

Consumers purchasing services online will generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period, beginning on the day after the contract is entered into, subject to the applicable law and exceptions.

Where you expressly request that Mystic Girl begins providing your service during the cancellation period, we may begin work before that period has expired.

If you subsequently exercise a valid statutory cancellation right after requesting that work begin, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already supplied, where permitted by law.

Where the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request to begin and your acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right once the service has been fully performed, your statutory right to cancel may cease.

Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation or refund right that you have under applicable consumer law.

13. DELIVERY OF READINGS

The estimated delivery period for each reading or personalised service will be stated on the relevant service page, order confirmation or otherwise communicated to you.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Readings may be delivered electronically, including by email, PDF, audio, video, web page or another format described at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, including spam or junk folders.

If unexpected circumstances materially delay an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the client.

14. REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS WITH SERVICES

Personalised services involve significant individual preparation. However, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you believe:

• you received the wrong service;

• your order was not delivered;

• there is a technical problem with the material supplied;

• the service materially differs from what was described; or

• we have otherwise failed to provide the service with reasonable care and skill,

please contact us promptly at hello@mysticgirl.co.uk so that we can investigate.

Where applicable, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which could include correcting or re-performing the relevant part of the service, or providing a price reduction or refund where required by law.

A disagreement with the interpretation or outcome of a tarot or astrology reading does not, by itself, mean that the service was defective.

15. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Mystic Girl does not guarantee any particular outcome resulting from a reading or service.

For example, we cannot guarantee:

• reconciliation with another person;

• marriage or pregnancy;

• employment or promotion;

• business success;

• financial gain;

• successful investments;

• property transactions;

• legal outcomes;

• specific dates for future events;

• another person’s decisions or behaviour; or

• that an event interpreted as possible or likely will occur.

References to possible future developments are interpretations rather than guarantees.

16. AUSPICIOUS DATE PLANNING

Auspicious Date Planning uses astrological principles to identify dates or periods considered symbolically supportive for a particular activity.

It does not guarantee the success of a wedding, business launch, investment, medical procedure, property transaction, contract, journey or other event.

Clients must independently consider practical matters such as legal requirements, professional advice, availability, finances, safety, weather and other relevant circumstances before selecting a date.

17. ASK THE ORACLE

The “Ask the Oracle” feature is a reflective and entertainment experience.

Oracle messages are generated or selected as part of an interactive experience and should not be interpreted as factual predictions, professional advice or instructions.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

18. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND SHOP

Where Mystic Girl sells physical products, the description, price, availability and estimated delivery information will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Your statutory rights relating to goods remain unaffected.

Different cancellation rules may apply to physical products, particularly where an item has been made to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalised.

Any applicable product-specific terms will be provided where necessary.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Mystic Girl website and original materials supplied through Mystic Girl—including written readings, reports, graphics, branding, oracle materials, designs, photographs and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Mystic Girl and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

A purchased personalised reading is provided for the client’s personal use.

You may retain your copy for personal reference.

You must not reproduce, resell, commercially distribute, publish as your own work, modify for resale or otherwise commercially exploit Mystic Girl material without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section prevents lawful use permitted by applicable copyright law.

20. WEBSITE CONTENT

We take reasonable care when preparing website content, but general website information may be updated or changed from time to time.

Availability of the website is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Mystic Girl is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you use our services for commercial or business purposes, additional limitations may apply to the extent permitted by law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

22. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include serious illness, power or internet failures, platform outages, payment-provider disruption, natural disasters or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected clients.

23. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use Mystic Girl or its services:

• for unlawful purposes;

• to harass, threaten or abuse another person;

• to obtain material intended to facilitate harm;

• to impersonate another person;

• to interfere with the operation or security of the website; or

• in any way that infringes another person’s rights.

We may refuse requests that we reasonably consider inappropriate, harmful or unlawful.
